We are pleased to offer for sale this elegantly designed 82 m² apartment in the heart of Budapest, located in one of the most sought-after areas of District VI, on the second floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator. From its balcony, you can enjoy charming views of Andrássy Avenue and Király Street, combining the vibrant energy of the city with the comfort of a peaceful home.
The layout is ideal, featuring two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, heating is centrally provided, and an additional advantage is the private, secure underground parking space located directly beneath the building, accessible by elevator.
Public transport connections are excellent: the Opera metro station (M1) is only a two-minute walk away, while Deák Square (M2, M3) can be reached in just a few minutes, ensuring easy access to all parts of the city. Numerous bus, trolleybus, and tram lines serve the area, and night transport is also outstanding.
The location is perfect both as a private residence and as an investment, as the interior design allows it to be rented out comfortably to multiple tenants. The apartment is available for purchase fully furnished or unfurnished, by agreement.
The neighborhood lies at the very heart of Budapest’s cultural and gastronomic scene: the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Andrássy Avenue with its elegant boutiques and fine restaurants is just steps away, the Hungarian State Opera House is a two-minute walk, and Liszt Ferenc Square offers cozy cafés. The lively Gozsdu Courtyard is also nearby, with bars, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife options. The historic Jewish Quarter with its famous synagogues, ruin pubs, and unique shops adds a special charm, while the Basilica, Deák Ferenc Square, and Oktogon are also within easy reach.

Dear Clients and Associates,
At Home Budapest decided to make the responsible choice and restrict it's operation during the outbreak of COVID-19.
We are convinced that it is a choice that benefits everyone's health and will help us get through these difficult times sooner.
In the meantime, many of our services are still available. For those who are interested, give us a call on +36 20 262 7864.
Regarding the property visits in this period, our company offers three different options:
During the visit, the owner and the realtor stay outside while the inquiring party views the property (wearing a mask, rubber gloves, and of course, not touching anything). After the tour, the realtor and the owner answer any emerging questions, all while strictly keeping a 2 meter distance.
We set up an appointment for the property visit, in which the realtor is not physically present - instead, they join the rendezvous via facetime or videochat. The visit itself goes by the same routine as in option 1: the inquiring parties enter alone, all while keeping themselves to the necessary precautions.
The inquiring party is not physically present, instead, our realtor gives a virtual tour via facetime or videochat.
We will do our best to stay healthy and stay safe so we can bounce back to normal as soon as possible - so should you! Wash your hands regularly, disinfect everything, and most importantly, #stayhome!
