Extras
An independent, two-storey detahced house is for sale in a quiet street of Pasarét, 2nd Budapest. The imposing building, built in the second half of the ’80s, underwent a complete, uncompromising, all-encompassing renovation and modernization last year. Only the walls remained; the house received a new roof structure, full graphite, 15-20 cm thick thermal insulation, washable plaster, new, Internorm windows and with Austrian \'Schlotterer\' blinds on the sunny side. In addition, the interiors were remodeled and the building\'s complete electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems has also been renewed. A heat pump system has been developed in the house, which ensures the thermal management of the building through the \'Rehau\' ceiling heating and cooling system (supplemented by underfloor heating in the wet rooms).
The house has a living area of 160 sqm, plus a 20 sqm rebuilt, closeted garage for small cars, as well as tw 20-20 sqm terraces accessible from the garden-connected living room level and the two rooms upstairs.
On the ground floor of the house there is a 40 sqm living room with an open style kitchen with a level offset, from which we can see the garden through the glass portal occupying the entire “outer” wall part. The Italian, individually designed kitchen and dining room are located in one space; from the kitchen-dining room we have access through a sliding door to the terrace. The kitchen appliances are \'AEG\' brand, the high-performance cooker hood is made of \'Flamec\'.
On the above level there are three bedrooms, two of which function as children\'s rooms (one with a landscape gallery ), the third is the master bedroom. In addition, there is a practical, fully furnished walk-in closet upstairs, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet with design furniture and Italian tiles, where, thanks to the high ceilings, there is also a mirrored wardrobe situated on a split level. The lower and upper sanitary ware are \'Hansgrohe\' products.
The special features of the house include the design lamp system dreamed up by an interior designer (ceiling lamps, wall lamps, spotlights, LED strips), several premium quality wallpapered wall sections, original wood parquet throughout the house, bioethanol fireplace made with a combination of wood and glass, large internal glass panels, a built-in staircase, a lighted wall, a television and internet connection in each room, and a heat exchanger aeration system on both levels of the house to ensure a constant supply of fresh air.
The house also has a 400 sqm garden, which is only under preparation for the time being, its final design is left to the ideas of the new owner.
